General Meetings are held the second Tuesday of
February, April, May, September and November.

Executive Committee Meetings are held the second Tuesday of
March, June, August, October and December.
Annual Meeting and Change of Watch - second week of January
There is a presentation or speaker at General Meetings.
While the Executive Committee meetings concentrate on business,
all members are welcome at both General and Executive meetings.
A member may invite a guest to any meeting, but should notify
the Secretary and RSVP meeting coordinator.
No uniform required at KSPS meetings, events or classes.
There are two conferences each year, one in March, one in October.
Friday night is Hospitality night, a really fun time with a theme and
optional costumes. We navigate from squadron to squadron with
each squadron providing food, drink or goodies. Next Conferences: Fall & Spring
Saturday morning has seminars, some for officers, some about
the educational courses, and others about boosting membership.
Also on Saturday is a business meeting following lunch, and a dinner.
While the meals are optional, that's how conference costs are covered.
It's a great way to meet new boating friends and reconnect with others.

- Boat and Brats Vessel Safety Checks (a Saturday in May or June)
- Westside Predicted Log (3rd weekend in June)
- Rendezvous (sometimes summer, sometimes winter)
- Marching with other squadrons in U.S. Coast Guard Parade
- Picnics and get-togethers
- Holiday Dinner (early to mid-December)
